La Hacienda Mexican restaurant in Greensboro

It was great food but the new female waitress rushed our meal. Before I had taken 4 bites she was asking how many boxes we need. Literally, 4 bites.

Solid Place to grab a quick lunch. Chips and salsa are average. chicken is extremely moist. Great service!

Great food and great service.

The food and drinks are consistent and good the staff is always super friendly and fast on service. The downside to this location is the lack of a waiting area. On weeknights or weekends the front lobby is packed with people with little room to stand as the front door is right behind the front payment area. Also the parking situation is tough (which they share a lot with multiple places)

Excellent food. Excellent service. Prices are fair. Portions are satisfying. We will come back.

If you want decent Mexican food, then this is the place to go. I have been here many times and my main reason is the customer service. The servers are very polite, helpful and fast. They also make great margaritas! They are not your typical "so much ice" that you can't taste the alcohol. The food doesn't impress me since I have tried the real deal at friend's home.

First time here and I loved it!! The food was great, 3 minutes after we ordered the food it was already on our table. They were so fast with it. Our waiter was nice and attentive!

I visit them during my stay in greensboro they have a quite small bar but at the same time ideal for solo visit, the tacos were pretty good and the beer very cold, I hope to visit them again

I just made a $40 purchase and I asked for some salsa for my tacos they charged my card 6 extra dollars what a dirty rip off

The salsa tasted fresh. The amigo dip was good. The fajitas were room temperature. Understand this, we were the first people in the restaurant today and asked for the fajitas to be well done. I told the waiter 3 different ways that i wanted them well done because that's the way my wife like fajitas. I said well done, charred, burnt. One of the best things about fajitas is when you can hear them traveling out of the kitchen sizzling, not only was our fajitas not hot, our steak fajitas hat bits of chicken in them and the cast iron plate was filled with water. The only reason our food was watery is because the tomatoes in the fajitas bled out when the food was microwaved. I'm sure that not only was our food leftovers from last night, they may have been leftovers from someone's food that they didnt finish it. F this place

Every time I have ever been, the service has been excellent and very fast. Food is always so good and huge portions! My favorite Mexican restaurant and I live an hour away. We went today and it was excellent!!

Wonderful food that is inexpensive, satisfying and quick to arrive. This is a great place to go with family or friends. The staff is nice and take great care of you.

Had my first visit here today. We waited 20 minutes to be served because the server had a large party to serve. That was understandable and we were patient. We ordered food and it came quickly, but the order was not to the satisfaction of my cousin as it had a cheese sauce that she did not like. She requested to send it back and the manager came over and accused her of trying to get a free meal. He then stated that he would not take the entree off the bill or allow her to replace it. When I asked if he treated all his customers this way he replied by stating that he makes sure "good customers" are treated nicely and asked if my cousin often sent food back. We paid for the food, tipped the waiter, and left. As we were leaving the manager followed us out still complaining that we were not good customers. The quesadilla was good though.

Our go to local Mexican restaurant, always fast and always consistant with good food and service.

Love this place! I have eaten at 3 different La Hacienda locations and this one is the best hands down! Food is delicious, salsa is fresh and amazing, and the service is fantastic. The prices are average but not bad. Good place to bring the family. Don't recommend you go when you're in a hurry because it's a popular place. If you haven't been yet, go!

Absolutely love his restaurant and I’ve been coming for many, many years. It actually is surprising to read all the reviews about the poor service, as the extremely fast and friendly service is one of the reasons I’ve enjoyed coming here. Please try the grilled chicken quesadilla! It’s delicious. You won’t regret visiting this restaurant.

La Ha is great -- fast and friendly service. Same high quality Mexican food that you can get all around the triad. They do, however, try to maximize their space. There are a lot of tables, and they are very close together. Even if you're in a booth, there is another table about one body width away. At least it's an American body width.😏

Food is amazing, customer service is out of this world, and broad selection of choices. Literally something for everyone. Stop in when you can!

It was packed but service was good and fast. I was able to find something for my keto diet and was quite tasty. Definitely a hometown favorite.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I ordered hard tacos to-go and they fell apart due to the amount of grease that the beef was cooked in. Shells were really thin and the beef was not seasoned. Too much cheese and not enough lettuce. This was also my first visit, so maybe I'll try again later but definitely won't be getting the hard tacos.

We got here around 9:37 pm and they didn’t close until 11pm the food I ordered was not good. The tacos were dry. I will never eat here again. Very disappointing 👎🏽

Good food and service

I got the #13 (beef burrito, chile relleno,rice & beans) and a chicken enchilada. It was good but my chile relleno was almost non-existent... Was more like queso.

The staff is nice. Food was unfresh and not good!! I'm never going back and I found a peice of glass in my shrimp

Food is awesome here, love the service!!!! They treat my family like we are apart of theirs!!!! Cant wait to sit down in the restaurant again and see our favorite waiters and staff!!

I came to get food before closing, when I got home I discovered my Food was incorrect. Me knowing they were closed I said I’ll just call as soon as they open, and I didn’t receive a receipt. When I got there the worker had a bad attitude he was shoving and snatching things from me and he had a very smart mouth. I don’t think I will eat here again.

Food was good. Service was not. It was my son's birthday we told the waiter numerous times. They came out and sang to an adult and we even reminded the waiter again it was my son's birthday and they never did anything. They were not exceptionally busy. Just sad that they'll sing to an adult but not a kid.

Food is not very authentic. Guacamole is out of a package, tastes just like wholly guacamole which isn’t very good. Seems like everything on the menu is pre packaged and they just heat it up for you and make it greasy.

I love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. Fast and friendly service. Every time I visit Greensboro, La Hacienda here I come. There may be more than one but this one is the best.
